Hello Julie-
Just wanted to drop a line to tell you how much I appreciate the way you handled the situation of the “missing Christmas arrangement” for my in-laws, Peter & Jean.
My mother-in-law called me the evening she received the replacement arrangement and Belgian chocolates. She relayed that it was beautiful; she was very happy with it.
In an economy that seems to be plummeting, it’s nice to know there are still businesses that care enough to go the extra mile for their customers.

I needed flowers to be deliver to my mother on her birthday and I live out of state. I checked yellowpages and order from Julie's floral cottage. I called around 11:00 am and the flowers were deliver the same day around 4:00pm. I think that was reasonable due to me ordering the same day. The flowers that they delivered matched the picture on the web site and my mother was very happy. I was very satisfied with their service and will order flowers from them again.

Julie's Florist Cottage went above and beyond the call last week to make my special someone a happy woman. I can't express the gratitude I have towards Julie's store. The flowers are just at 10 days old now, and are still absolutely beautiful. They're blooming perfectly, and no wilting. Not to mention, they smell amazing in her office. Fact of the matter, You purchase/deliver flowers to see that person in your life glow with excitement that they're being thought of by someone they love. I live 3 hours away, and Julie's delivered that message more than I could have ever asked for. Great job, Great team, Great Flowers. Thank you Julie, for an exceptional job !!!
